Roles
The Division of Academic Administrationplays a role in articulating the academic matters to the leaders of FED in terms of teaching-learning management plan, curriculum development and management for the bachelor level. More, the division is also in charge of being the coordinator between the dean and department as well as related sectors to enhance the academic development with efficiency, effectiveness, and to meet the satisfaction of those who use the service.
Responsibilities
- Play a main role regarding the academic issues to the Dean of faculty;
- Coordinate academic matters with related sectors to improve the quality in teaching-learning management consistently with the social requirement;
- Make a plan, monitor, manage, and develop the curriculum particularly teaching-learning management of each semester, internship, thesis writing, and the examination of the final year bachelor’s degree students.
- Compile course syllabuses, textbooks of all levels, number of teaching hours of FED and invited teachers;
- Manage academic data such as registration, statistics, learning outcome, learning certificates, and certification of academic portfolios of students; and
- Make plans, monitor, manage, and promote inclusive education.
